Q. What is an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS)?
An AMHS refers to an automated factory system that transports, stores, or manages items required for processing within an FPD production line.
Q. What can I expect in terms of personal workload?
You will design mechanisms and draw blueprints in line with client company specifications, prepare procurement request forms for parts, execute designing-related tasks and discuss specifications when preparing BOMs, support set-ups, and train clients.
Q. Do I have to work together with other departments frequently?
Given the nature of designing work, it affects all production-related departments. As such, you will be required to cooperate and collaborate with other departments. However, compared to your personal workload (designing work), it will not take up too much of your time.

Q. Are you looking for any specific majors?
We use AutoCAD and Inventor, therefore we do look for people who have been trained at their respective academic institutions to work with these tools fairly competently. As for majors, we give priority to engineering majors e.g. mechanics, mechatronics, etc.
Q.Do I need a specific skill set or qualification to carry out the corresponding tasks?
Depending on the situation, it may be important to work quickly rather than giving more attention to detail. However, given the nature of designing work, you will be required to have excellent detail to attention and work with great precision. Concentration, perseverance, passion, and will are also some of the capacities we look for in employees.
